Participate in the National Day of Action for Maternal Mental Health

Every year, usually in late March or early April, we host a fully virtual National Day of Action for Maternal Mental Health (formerly called “Advocacy Day”). This day of action has two goals:

  1. Organize 100+ virtual Congressional meetings so that people from across the U.S. can meet with their federal elected officials to raise awareness about maternal mental health and request federal funding for programs and policies that address this issue.

  2. Enable thousands of others to participate in the Day of Action through a one-day social media campaign that provides an online platform where you can quickly email and call your elected officials about this issue.

In preparation for this day of action, we offer an online training and a social media toolkit to give you everything you need to be a successful advocate.
