Suicide and crisis lifeline providing immediate, free, and confidential support. Call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. It operates 24/7 and connects you to trained crisis counselors who can help with mental health struggles, emotional distress, or substance use concerns.

Hotline for Parents

National Maternal Mental Health Hotline

Hotline staffed by trained counselors for parents experiencing mental health conditions during pregnancy or postpartum. The Hotline provides free, 24/7, confidential resources and support via call, text, or web chat in English and Spanish (translation is also offered in 60 additional languages). Postpartum Support International

Helpline for parents experiencing mental health conditions during pregnancy or postpartum. Call 1-800-944-4773. Text “Help” to 800-944-4773 (English). Text en Español: 971-203-7773. This helpline does not handle emergencies and is not available 24/7.

Free therapy funds for communities of color, especially to Black women and nonbinary individuals.

Support Group

Black Moms Connect Support Group

Support group for anyone pregnant or postpartum (up to two years) who identifies as Black or African American to connect, discuss their experiences, and learn helpful tools and resources.
